YOGA CLUB

The Teen Yoga club focuses on tools students can use to reduce stress in their lives, promote positive body image, and increase strength and flexibility. Each class will include a series of yoga poses, breathing exercises, and meditation practices. Students should bring their own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing, every Thursday in the Media Center.

Ms. Strippoli is certified with 200 hours of professional training in teaching yoga and practices daily.
